HYGIENE BAGS FOR THE HOMELESS We currently need shampoo, lotion, hand sanitizer, baby wipes, disposable razors, canvas grocery bags, snacks (granola bars, cheese crackers, etc), toothpaste, toilet paper, used backpacks.

BACKPACKS NEEDED: Also looking for new or gently used student backpacks for our ministry.
Donations can be dropped off in the narthex.

HAPPENING #148 REGISTRATION OPEN
High schoolers in grades 10th-12th are invited to Camp Weed Happening #148 on September 8-10! Happening is a weekend retreat run by high schoolers for high schoolers. Registration for participants is open now, and scholarships are available! Contact Todd or Aaron for scholarship information. Registration link can be found at www.campweed.org. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS AUGUST 28.
NEW BEGINNINGS
New Beginnings is a weekend retreat for middle school youth (6th-8th grades) held at Camp Weed in Live Oak. The next weekend will be November 3-5** - it is only held once a year. High School youth can work on the team. If interested, save the date and we will let you know when the registration link is available.

CURSILLO
Men's Weekend - 10/5 - 10/8
Women's Weekend - 10/12 - 10/15

Cursillo is a three-day weekend program which begins on a Thursday evening and ends Sunday. It is an experience in Christian education, where participants have an opportunity to meet and learn from clergy and laity who are seeking to strengthen their faith. Shared prayer, worship, study, music, fellowship, laughter, and tears all work together to create a loving atmosphere where you can feel the reality of God’s free and unconditional love.
